To ensure accurate and timely collection, broaden the base of collections, and prevent tax loss, particularly for catering, restaurant, and e-commerce services, the Ministry of Finance will keep bolstering financial discipline, promoting digital transformation applications, and enhancing the effectiveness of state budget revenue and expenditure management by May 2024.
Under the Prime Minister's directive, the General Department of Customs actively works with units to review and finish legal laws, including related content, in order to promote digital transformation in the customs industry. to ensure equipment to support the modernization of the customs industry; to award specialized inspection permits for import and export commodities; to upgrade information technology systems, etc.
The General Department of Taxation was tasked with conducting research and developing regulations regarding the use of electronic invoices by business homes and the use of electronic devices and Internet-connected cash registers of these households. revenue authority.
