DECISION

Public Disclosure of the Enacted Budget for Fiscal Year 2023

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

In compliance with the National Assembly’s Resolution No.69/2022/QH15, dated November 11, 2022, promulgating the state budget estimates in 2023;

In compliance with the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 70/2022/QH15, dated November 11, 2022, promulgating central budget allocation in 2023;

In compliance with the Government's Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP, dated July 26, 2017, promulgating the functions, mandates, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

In compliance with the Government's Decree No. 163/2016/ND-CP, dated December 21, 2016, promulgating detailed regulatory guidelines for the implementation of certain Articles of the State Budget Law;

In compliance with the Ministry of Finance's Circular No. 343/2016/TT-BTC, dated December 30, 2016, promulgating guidelines on public disclosure of the State budget by all budgetary governments;

In view of the Government’s Report No.32/BC-CP, dated October 16, 2022, assessing the state budget execution in 2022 and state budget estimation in 2023;

In consideration of the Request by the Director General of the State Budget Department.  

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 1. The Enacted Budget for fiscal year 2023 is hereby disclosed (in the attachments to this Decision).

Article 2. This Decision shall be effective from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Chief of Office, the Director General of the State Budget Department, the Director General of the Finance and Planning Department, other related Departments and General Departments under and subordinated to the Ministry of Finance shall make arrangements for the implementation of this Decision./.
