On March 26 2021, the Department of Financial Informatics and Statistics organized a training course for more than 20 officers of Tax Policy Department (Ministry of Finance). The trainees are guided to explore the state budget data warehouse which serves for evaluating tax policies.
Ministry of Finance has built a centralized state budget information system on purpose of providing information on state budget exactly and timely which supports better for management, administration, analysis and forecasting of financial agencies at all levels, ministries and central branches.
The State data warehouse is designed open to create a premise for building a national financial database. It is upgraded to receive data from available systems such as: TABMIS, TCS, TTTK, DMDC…; synthesizes accurately, fully and promptly state budget reports according to the State Budget Law 2015, guiding documents.
The system was officially operated at the beginning of December 2018. It is setup, operated at the Department of Financial Informatics and Statistics, deployed for units under the Ministry, General Departments (Taxation, Customs, State Treasury), 63 tax departments, 63 finance departments, 714 finance and planning divisions, ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies belonging to the Government.
