On 20/6/2011, the Ministry of Finance issued the Circular No. 91/2011/TT-BTC, amended the preferences import tax rate for some items in the Preferential Import Tariff.

 

Accordingly, to increase the incentives import tax rates for some items stipulated in the Preferential Import Tariff based on the list of taxable goods, issued enclosed the Circular No. 184/2010/TT-BTC on 15 11/2010 of the Ministry of Finance.

   

Specifically, tax rate is increased from 20% to 30% to shelled nuts; 30% to 35% to tomato-mushroom sauce and other tomato sauce; 30% to 50% to “homogenised” or “reconstituted” tobacco, snuff, other smokeless tobaccos, including chewing and sucking tobacco or other types;  32% to 36% to glazed or unglazed pig-iron equipments in rest room; 0% to 5% to spray printing machines.
