Circular 119: To amend preferential import tax rate for parts used for flat (thin) panel display

On August 16^th, 2011, Ministry of Finance issued Circular No 119/2011/TT-BTC on amending preferential import tax rate for parts used for flat (thin) panel display.

Accordingly, to amend import tax rate for items belonging to subheading 8529.90.94.10 and 8529.90.94.90 regulated at preferential import tariff in the list of taxable products issued in conjunction with Circular 184/2010/TT-BTC dated 15/11/2010 of the Finance Ministry stimulating on tax rate for export tariff, preferential import tariff according to the taxable product list is 0% (zero percent).

This Circular takes effect since 30/9/2011.
