Deputy Finance Minister Do Hoang Anh Tuan has signed Circular No 103/2011/TT-BTC amending, supplementing item 75, section II, appendix III enclosed with Circular 184/2010/TT-BTC dated 15/11/2010 of Ministry of Finance.
Accordingly, since August 25th 2011, other alloy steel items belonging to group 7225, 7226, 7227, 7228 (excluding flat and hot-rolled alloy steel of group 7225, 7226), satisfying specifications specified in Point f, Item 1 of the Note to Chapter 72 of the Preferential Import Tariff and containing boron (Bo) element from 0.0008% or more are levied import tax rate of 10%.
