On May 10th, in Vientiane of Laos, Laos Stock Exchange (LSX), Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and Hochiminh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) signed the MOU under the witness of Vietnam Deputy Finance Minister Tran Xuan Ha, Vietnam State Securities Commission Chairman Vu Bang, Laos State Securities Commission General Secretary Vatthana Dalaloy. On 5th April 2013, authorized by the Prime Minister, Deputy Finance Minister Truong Chi Trung and Mr Kim Yong Hwan, chairman and president of Export - Import Bank of Korea, signed an ODA loan agreement of $200 million for constructing Lo Te - Rach Soi highway. The highway will be situated in Can Tho province and Kien Giang province, connecting Vam Cong bridge with Rach Gia bypass. It plays an important role in connecting transportation and promoting local economic development.
